KNJ Associates is founded and led by Kishani Jayasooriya, Attorney-at-Law and Managing Partner.

With over 25 years of experience, Kishani is recognised as a strategic legal advisor with a sharp, solutions-oriented mindset, adept at navigating complex commercial matters with sound legal judgment, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail.

Her practice is centred on commercial law, intellectual property, insurance, and labour law, with a particular emphasis on international assignments and cross-border transactions.
